Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring for a Warehouse Order Builder in Tempe, AZ. You will build customer orders and prepare loads for delivery using pallet jacks and voice-picking systems. The role operates in a fast-paced warehouse, with evening hours Sunday through Friday and a $21/hour pay rate.

You will handle loading, staging pallets, and ensuring accuracy while complying with safety standards. Weekend/holiday work may be required, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date.
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive.

Responsibilities

• Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s).
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery.
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s).
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Complete training requirements.
• Restock product in picking areas as needed.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
