Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct warehouse operations at the Orlando store. You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, and manage the daily freight schedule based on customer and inventory needs.

You will coordinate daily schedules, ensure safe equipment, enforce SOPs, and drive efficient receiving and shipping processes across departments to support store performance and customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience required
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills
• Ability to work with other departments in the company
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations
• Strong computer skills, Windows-based systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning for shipping and receiving
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities (shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control)
• Manage Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging
• Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs
• Ensure safe, efficient equipment and compliance with safety procedures
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures
• Handle employee inquiries and problem-solving
• Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations
• Complete Activity Reports for management
• Monitor paper flow from Receiving to Inventory Control
• Resolve discrepancies with shipping, invoices, and packing slips
• Execute Storage Buy Audit COP
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection
• Oversee inventory rotation and space optimization
• Perform other duties as directed by management
