Performance Foodservice is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Victoria, TX. You will oversee and guide the warehouse crew under the warehouse manager, maintain clean work areas, and assist with shipping and receiving while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 1–2 years in a warehouse setting, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and basic computer skills. Overtime may be required; a pre-employment drug test is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years in warehouse or distribution.
• Ability to work scheduled overtime.
• Able to work in dry, cooler, and freezer temps.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and guides warehouse crew under supervisor direction.
• Maintains work areas and assists with shipping/receiving.
• Follows safety policies and reports unsafe conditions.
• Performs daily safety checks on forklift/pallet jack.
• Ensures productivity and accuracy per guidelines.
• Provides backup support to warehouse management.
• Completes required paperwork and housekeeping.
