Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Lead Warehouse Specialist - Night to join our operations team. The role focuses on supporting startup activities, managing material flow, and ensuring safe, compliant warehouse practices within GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling, coordinating with automated systems, and driving performance improvements in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must reliably lift 50 pounds and have 3+ years of GMP warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Able to pick up / move 50-pound containers.
• 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience in a GMP environment.
• Post Offer Exam or Work Simulation if applicable.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship expected.

Responsibilities

• Support site start-up and provide SME in warehouse operations.
• Maintain a safe work environment and support HSE goals.
• Coach and direct employees in areas of responsibility.
• Assign daily and weekly work schedules to staff.
• Unload/load material at docks and interface with automated storage/retrieval systems.
• Operate within GMP and regulatory requirements; participate in quality initiatives and audits.
• Identify and implement performance improvements; drive accountability for results.
• Support training efforts and implement policies/procedures.
