Lilly is seeking a Lead Warehouse Specialist – Night to join the Warehouse Operations team. The role focuses on start-up support, day-to-day material handling, and ensuring GMP compliance across receiving, storage, and shipping.

You will lead staff, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of GMP warehouse experience, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a proactive, safety‑minded approach.

Qualifications

High School Diploma is required.
Ability to lift 50-pound containers.
3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience in GMP environment.
Post Offer Exam or Work Simulation may be required.

Responsibilities

Support site start-up and provide SME in warehouse operations.
Maintain a safe work environment and support HSE goals.
Coach and direct employees in areas of responsibility.
Assign daily/weekly work schedules to staff.
Unload/load materials, interface with AS/RS/AGV, prepare materials for shipment, transact in WMS.
Ensure safety and participate in safety projects.
Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, EPA regulations.
Identify and implement performance improvements.
Drive accountability for results.
Support training in the area.
Create and follow policies affecting warehouse activities.
Understand and use the transportation management system.
