Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Sr Specialist- Warehouse - Engineering to monitor and maintain automated warehouse systems on a 12-hour night shift in Indianapolis. You will support ASRS, conveyors and AGVs, contribute to process improvements, and ensure equipment remains in a qualified state while meeting cGMP requirements.

Knowledge of Maximo CMMS and MS Office is preferred. The role involves collaborating with process engineers and operations, performing maintenance, and driving reliability improvements

Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of warehousing operations, automation, ASRS, AGVs and conveyors preferred.
Experience in GMP manufacturing environment and proficiency with MS Word/Excel.
Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor warehouse automation systems for faults and interruptions.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ASRS, conveyors and AGVs.
Support safety reviews and ensure procedures reflect safety concerns.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance practices.
Provide technical support to process and engineering teams.
Plan and execute small projects for process/equipment improvements.
