Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company seeking a Warehouse & Materials Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory, and material management within a cGMP environment.

You will support manufacturing objectives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in accuracy and efficiency. The role requires SAP proficiency and forklift certification, with a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Forklift certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory, and material management to support manufacturing and supply chain objectives.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and conduct regular physical counts.
• Use SAP to track inventory and materials; ensure accuracy and compliance.
