Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Operations Inventory Supervisor I for the Nights shift at our Whitsett, NC warehouse. You will manage and train stock handlers, monitor inventory accuracy, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma with two years supervisory experience, strong Microsoft Office skills and a focus on teams, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years supervisory or lead experience required.
• Experience in warehouse inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day inventory operations in the warehouse.
• Review stock status reports for item usage and unusual demands.
• Provide supervision and direction to all inventory staff; set goals and give feedback.
• Enforce company policies, safety, quality and environmental procedures.
• Prepare reports and analyze inventory topics for management.
