Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Night Warehouse Coordinator in Seabrook, NH to support inbound, outbound, and general warehouse operations. You will process forms and reports, communicate with customers, and track performance metrics on a nightly schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in warehouse & delivery procedures.
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process routine forms, reports, and documents (inbound/outbound).
• Communicate with internal/external customers to support staff and customer needs.
• Input data on warehouse metrics to support performance tracking.
• Schedule receiving appointments with vendors for inbound freight.
• Check returns and assemble returned orders for proper returns to picking slot.
