Smart Foodservice Stores is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support inbound, outbound, and general warehouse operations from Bridgeport, NJ. The role involves data entry, report preparation, record maintenance, and coordinating freight scheduling to ensure timely deliveries.

The position runs Sunday-Thursday nights, with a 4pm-6pm start time. It requires at least two years in warehouse/delivery operations and solid communication, math, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Two years warehouse and delivery experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process routine forms, reports, and documents.
• Input data and track warehouse performance metrics.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound schedules and carrier communications.
• Communicate with internal/external customers to support needs and inquiries.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by manager.
