Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Night Warehouse Selector in Charlotte, NC for a Sunday–Thursday night schedule. You will safely select and prepare customer orders, palletize, and use an electric pallet jack while keeping safety and accuracy at the forefront.

Schedule runs 3:30 PM – finish, with shift-specific duties and incentive opportunities. Base pay starts at $20.86/hour with potential to earn up to $35/hour based on productivity; overtime and freezer premium may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings and enter information on reports.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday, with occasional weekends and holidays.
• Recent experience in high-endurance or highly physical activity is preferred.
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select customer orders safely and accurately.
• Palletize and wrap pallets to meet productivity/accuracy standards.
• Operate electric pallet jack and conduct pre-shift equipment checks.
• Transfer products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Transport products to the dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Collaborate with team to maintain clean, safe aisles and return equipment.
• All other duties assigned by management.
