Job summary

US Foods Night Warehouse Selector in Seabrook, NH, works Sunday-Thursday with an 7:00pm start, selecting customer orders and palletizing efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Requires ability to read and communicate in English and to operate a motorized pallet jack.

Starting pay is $26.84 per hour with a raise to $30.20 after 3 months; a $5,000 retention bonus is available for eligible new hires plus comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, read labels, and enter information on reports.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Thursday.
• Recent experience in high endurance or highly physical activity preferred.
• Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Selecting: Safely and accurately select customer orders, confirming products are correct and undamaged.
• Palletizing: Construct and wrap pallets to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Operation: Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate electric pallet jacks.
• Fulfillment: Transfer products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Staging: Transport products to the designated dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Collaborate: Maintain clean and safe aisles and return equipment to charging area.
• Adaptability: All other duties assigned by management.
