Job summary

US Foods Night Warehouse Coordinator in Seabrook, NH, will support inbound, outbound, and general warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery and proper distribution of items. The role includes data entry, report preparation, and record maintenance.

Evening schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 7:00pm until finish. Benefits begin Day One; earn up to $24.00 per hour plus overtime in a safety-conscious team environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Two years warehouse or delivery procedures experience.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

General warehouse: prepare and process routine forms, reports, and documents (inbound/outbound, discrepancies, stock/damage claims, time sheets, requisitions, shipping labels).
Communicate with internal and external customers to support staff and customer needs; respond to inquiries by researching information.
Collect, track, and input data on operations metrics to support warehouse performance (shorts, mispicks, overtime, service level).
Inbound: schedule receiving appointments with vendors; prepare daily Delivery Appointment sheet.
Outbound: check returns, investigate picking errors, and resolve shipping issues.
Complete outbound paperwork and reports for route loading and vehicles.
