Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Selector for the Minnesota Rogers area. The role involves selecting and moving product between loading docks and within the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment.

Shifts are mid-day on a four-day work week with a 10:00 am start. Training pays $20/hour, followed by an average pay of $31/hour based on performance. Benefits are available from day one and the role emphasizes safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• EPJ certification within the new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule, obtain supplies, and prepare for operations.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift and ensure safety devices function properly.
• Wear all required PPE and safety gear.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along multi-level racks to locate products.
• Move completed orders to shipping dock staging area and prep for shipment.
• Secure equipment and complete required paperwork at end of shift.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
