Job summary

Performance Food Group, a leading broadline distributor, is hiring for a warehouse position focusing on selecting cases and loading orders. The role operates in a multi-temperature warehouse with pallet jacks and occasional forklift use, requiring attention to safety and accuracy.

Typical schedule is a 4-night work week from 5:00 PM until completion, with Sundays through Fridays and no Saturdays. Competitive benefits begin Day 1 and include health, 401K matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Must be able to lift 10–35 lb and up to 80 lb occasionally.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pre-employment drug test required.
• EPJ certification within new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and move to shipping dock staging area.
• Shrink-wrap pallets if required and ensure orders are ready for shipment.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Complete paperwork and secure equipment at end of shift.
