Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Minnesota seeks a Warehouse Order Selector to pick cases from multi-level racks, prepare orders for shipping, and operate pallet jacks. You will work Sunday through Thursday starting at 5:45 pm, ensuring safety and quality throughout the process.

Responsibilities include locating products per orders, loading pallets, and moving items to the dock while following all safety policies. Training culminates in competitive hourly pay with solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Able to lift 10–100 lbs regularly, up to 60–100 lbs depending on location.
• Able to work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Able to pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• EPJ certification within new-hire training period.
• Complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse racks.
• Place pallets on pallet jack, operate along racks, and locate products per order sheets.
• Move completed orders to shipping dock staging and wrap/readied for shipment.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and assist team as needed.
• Perform other duties as required to support operations.
