Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide friendly service with accuracy and care.

The role involves an overnight shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am, with hourly pay of $17 plus cash tips daily. Benefits include accident and illness insurance, telemedicine, and a 401k retirement savings plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is desirable.
• Strong numerical and money handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain friendly, professional demeanor with guests.
• Assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions and amenities.
• Explain parking rates and issue/collect claim checks.
• Complete ticket information and revenue handling accurately.
