Job summary

Towne Park is looking for a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality for arriving and departing guests in Fort Lauderdale. You will manage parking and retrieve guest vehicles promptly, assist with luggage and provide friendly service in a high-volume setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and about one month of related experience. Knowledge of English, time formats, and basic math is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist with luggage delivery and pickup when applicable.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and vehicle location in the system.
• Provide directions and local information to guests.
