Towne Park in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality, parking and luggage assistance during overnight shifts. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and help with bell services while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes customer service, knowledge of local amenities, and accurate ticketing and revenue handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: English reading/writing, simple instructions, basic arithmetic, time systems, and paying attention to rates.
