Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English and to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients (25%).
• Greets guests and uses appropriate salutations and etiquette (10%).
• Parks and retrieves vehicles and assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed (20%).
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries; provides information on facility amenities and attractions (10%).
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; handles ticket information, keys, and revenue as needed (35%).
