Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Baltimore, MD is seeking a friendly Parking Attendant for the Saturday night shift (11pm–7am). You will greet guests, issue tickets, collect payments, and provide directions to vehicles and facilities during a fast-paced hospitality shift.

This hourly role includes tips and opportunities to engage with a welcoming team. Preferred candidates have 1–3 months of customer service experience, basic cash handling, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• 1–3 months related customer service experience; cashier experience preferred.
• Knowledge: understand 24-hour time format and rate structures.
• Skills: read and write standard English and communicate effectively with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries.
• Collect and reconcile revenue; issue receipts and balance cash.
• Operate cash register, gate, and card payment equipment.
• Maintain a clean workstation and surrounding areas; complete shift reports.
• Manage guest vehicle keys and billing while ensuring accuracy.
