Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate for overnight shifts at our Houston location. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and answer questions about local amenities.

Position requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and basic math and English skills. Prior guest service or valet work is helpful; a positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language; ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings; basic math and money handling; understand time systems and parking procedures; manual transmission driving is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests and use appropriate salutations; welcome guests to the location.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently; assist with luggage storage when needed.
• Provide directions, arrange taxis or reservations, and share local area information and amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect claim checks and tickets.
• Record and manage ticket information, revenue, and parking operations accurately.
• Support the team in providing an excellent guest experience across shifts.
