Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Site has limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by law; criminal histories considered per regulations.
• Drug screen required; licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify entry, and document activity for visitors, contractors, deliveries, and vehicles.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, and policy violations and communicate with leadership.
