Job summary

Allied Universal in Palmetto, GA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Control. You will monitor the site, conduct patrols, support access control activities, and provide professional customer service at a logistics and distribution location.

Minimum requirements include at least 1 year of security experience, HS diploma or equivalent, and ability to pass background and drug screening. Pay is $20.00 per hour with a varied schedule and benefits through Allied Universal.

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document patrols and security-related activities per site requirements.
