Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors following site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms; document activities per site policies.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports and communicate observations to leadership.
