Job summary

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Background investigation as per federal, state and local laws.
Criminal history considered in accordance with applicable laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials, documenting entries and incidents.
Respond calmly to incidents and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders.
Complete activity logs and incident reports according to site requirements.
