Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Access Patrol in Burr Ridge, IL. You will monitor facilities, patrol designated areas, and support access control while delivering excellent customer service.

Position type is full time with a daytime schedule and a pay rate of $20.38 per hour. Training and growth opportunities are available in a collaborative environment that emphasizes integrity and innovation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify visitor and contractor authorization, report unusual conditions.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and maintain clear communication with leadership.
