Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions per policy.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management while following procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and surrounding areas to identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor/contractor entry per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and incidents calmly and document observations.
• Complete detailed activity and incident reports and communicate shift updates.
