Job summary

Allied Universal in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver to protect clients at a commercial real estate location. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver exceptional customer service while responding to security concerns with integrity.

Responsibilities include monitoring access points, documenting incidents, and coordinating with property staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required by Allied Universal policy.
• State, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen required by policy.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff per site policies and procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and tenant concerns following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial properties to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare incident reports and shift documentation per Allied Universal procedures.
