Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed in Honolulu, HI. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, with 1+ year of military experience preferred for Hawaii positions. Roles require adherence to client policies, background checks, and potential licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of prior military experience for Hawaii positions.
• Experience with access control and badge processes preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred; ability to use a computer/tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and delivery personnel per site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of loading areas, yards, parking areas, access points and perimeter.
• Monitor entry/exit activity and verify credentials as directed.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and document accurately.
• Observe activity in package-handling areas and report hazards or suspicious behavior.
