Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Bio/Pharmaceutical Technology, Microbiology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Working knowledge of biopharmaceutical production processes/technologies and cGMP experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to provide technical troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-floor support for commercialization, manufacture, and lifecycle management of monoclonal antibodies.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality to execute studies, validation and tech transfer.
- Support real-time troubleshooting; investigations; CAPA development within quality systems.
- Serve as SME for product and process in cross-functional teams and governance forums.
- Use scientific and statistical tools to improve process understanding and maintain process control.
- Lead and execute projects addressing process performance issues and driving improvements.
- Assist with technical assessments for internal audits and regulatory agencies.
