Job summary

Elanco is seeking a TSMS Scientist for night shift at the Elwood, Kansas monoclonal antibody facility. You’ll provide primary and secondary technical support, drive process improvements, and support tech transfer, scale-up, and validation activities.

You will collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure robust operations, manage investigations, and contribute to continuous improvement in a cGMP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio/Pharmaceutical Technology, Microbiology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in biotech/pharma with biopharmaceutical production knowledge.
• Experience in a cGMP environment and tech transfer, scale-up, validation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical on-floor support for monoclonal antibody products.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality on studies and tech transfer.
• Lead investigations and CAPA, with root-cause analysis for deviations and OOE/OOS events.
• Prepare technical assessments for audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Utilize statistical tools to improve process understanding and control.
