American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift assignment in Brockton, MA. The role requires Level 1/2 trauma and NICU Level 3 experience, plus adult critical care expertise and ventilator management decisions based on assessments.

The position offers 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and a 13-week assignment with participation in Code Blue responses. Local candidates within 50 miles are preferred.

Qualifications

• RRT certification required.
• NRP certification required.
• MA Respiratory Care license required (if applicable).
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma facility.
• NICU Level 3 experience required.
• Adult critical care experience required.
• Familiarity with lung protective ventilation strategies required.
• NPS and/or ACCS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• 12-hour night shifts, 6:45p-7:15a
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• 13-week assignment length
• Participate in Code Blue team response
• Make ventilator management decisions based on patient assessment and laboratory results
• Accepts local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
