American Traveler, LLC. seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with at least 2 years of experience for a night shift travel assignment at a Level II trauma center. Responsibilities include respiratory care for adult, NICU, and pediatric patients, with floating to various units and using Cerner EMR.

Shifts run 6:30 PM–7:00 AM over a 13-week assignment, in a Magnet-designated facility with a large respiratory team and a generous benefits package including housing and licensure support.

Qualifications

• RRT credential required; CRTs will not be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• North Carolina Respiratory License required if applicable.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• NRP certification preferred.
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start.
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration.
• One professional reference required.

Responsabilités

• Provide respiratory care across adult, NICU, and pediatric populations.
• Care for patients in a large 854-bed hospital's respiratory services department.
• Night shift hours from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Floating to all Critical Care units and floors as needed.
• Operate GE R860 vents, Draeger Infant/Peds vents, Newport HT70 transport vent, V60 NIV devices, Vapotherm and Comfort Flow devices.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and orders.
• Collaborate within a large respiratory therapy team.
• 13-week assignment length.
• Covers adult, NICU, and pediatric service lines.
