Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Transportation Supervisor for our Terrell, TX facility to support a 24/7 operation and oversee 80+ drivers. You will lead with integrity, ensure DOT compliance, and build strong relationships with drivers while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires a dependable leader with a strong transportation background, experience with ELDs, and the ability to coach Dispatchers and coordinate schedules. Travel to 2-3 domiciles annually may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of transportation experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and routing/scheduling software.
• Knowledge of driver safety standards and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and monitoring ELD performance and resolving issues with the ELD Coordinator.
• Ensuring DOT compliance and accurate driver logs.
• Supporting drivers with on-the-road and off-the-road needs.
• Reviewing backhaul assignments and adjusting routes for efficiency.
• Coordinating driver schedules, time-off requests, and documentation.
• Partnering with Logistics to design cost-effective, safe routes.
• Monitoring driver performance, providing coaching, and recognizing achievements.
• Leading and supporting Dispatchers, addressing team issues, and maintaining alignment with company policies.
• Contributing to special projects and process improvements as assigned.
