Job summary

Highland Spring is seeking a Transport Administrator to manage vehicle movements across our Ochils site and support a busy transport operation.

This 4 on, 4 off night shift (18:15–06:30) pays £34,356.72 incl. 25% shift allowance. You’ll coordinate vehicles, update the transport system, issue documentation, support loading schedules and health and safety. You’ll also assist customer orders, inboxes and transport invoices.

Qualifications

• Organised and confident communicator in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong administration skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in transport, traffic, logistics or warehouse administration is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Book vehicles in and out of site and keep the transport system up to date.
• Issue accurate documentation and support loading schedules.
• Assist with orders, reports, returns and transport invoices.
