Tenet is seeking a Transfer Center RN for night shift to coordinate direct admissions and hospital transfers to and from community hospitals. The role collaborates with referring facilities, physicians, and hospital staff in alignment with Tenet's Mission and Values.

Qualified candidates will hold Florida RN licensure with 4+ years in acute care and leadership experience; BSN preferred. Strong EMR and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Florida required.
• Minimum 4 years acute care experience including leadership.
• Proficiency with EMR, MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate direct admissions and hospital transfers.
• Foster relationships with referring facilities and physicians.
• Identify barriers to patient access and throughput and report them.
