Job summary

EMCOR Government Services seeks a Tour Mechanic in McLean, VA. The role involves tours of mechanical and electrical spaces, inspecting equipment, recording readings, and supporting HVAC operations under supervision.

Qualifications

• Current Universal CFC License required.
• Three or more years of maintenance/repair experience on commercial-residential building equipment.
• Must be able to read blueprints, schematics and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of mechanical and electrical spaces and monitor equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Assist HVAC Mechanics with routine maintenance and repair of base building HVAC and related equipment.
• Monitor BMCS, run tests/calibrations, and report deficiencies to supervision.
• Supervise support staff as needed and coordinate with subcontractors.
