You will provide nursing care under directions, monitor patients with COPD, pneumonia, CHF, hypertension, diabetes, GI bleed and liver disease. The ideal candidate has completed a practical nursing program and holds an OK LPN license, with 0–6 months related experience.

Competenze

• Completed practical nursing program or equivalent coursework approved by state board.
• Hold valid multi-state or Oklahoma LPN license.
• 0–6 months related nursing experience.

• Administers nursing care to a defined group of patients according to physician orders and care plans.
• Gathers data, documents care, and communicates with the registered nurse to plan patient care.
• Performs direct/indirect care activities; monitors patient status and progress toward outcomes.
