Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time night shift at the General Surgery/Trauma/Urology unit on the Tulsa campus. The role requires completing a practical nursing program and holding an LPN license, with 0–6 months related experience preferred.

You will administer nursing care and support discharge planning under physician orders. Responsibilities include data collection, documentation, and coordination with RNs to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Has completed practical nursing program or equivalent coursework approved by state board.
• Holds or is entitled to hold a practical nursing diploma/certificate.
• Licensure as LPN required (multi-state or OK).

Responsibilities

• Administers nursing care per physician orders and care plan.
• Takes/notes physician orders accurately and documents nursing process.
• Assists in discharge planning and patient education.
• Coordinates with RN to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Performs nursing skills appropriate for the patient population.
