Saint Francis Hospital, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is hiring Full Time Night shift on a 34-bed Medical-Surgical unit to administer nursing care and support patient needs under physician orders. The role requires completing a practical nursing program and holding an LPN license with up to 6 months related experience.

You will collaborate with RNs, collect data, participate in discharge planning, and ensure accurate documentation while adhering to hospital policies and patient-centered care.

Formación

• Completed practical nursing program or equivalent coursework verified by state board.
• Hold or be eligible for LPN license.
• 0–6 months related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Performs nursing skills appropriate for the patient population.
• Demonstrates knowledge base appropriate to the specialty area with consideration for age and bio-psychosocial needs.
• Gathers data, implements and evaluates care based on physician orders and Nursing Care Plan.
• Takes and notes physician orders accurately.
• Consults with Registered Nurse to plan patient care.
• Documents nursing process/care clearly, consistently, and accurately.
