Saint Francis Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the 4 West Medical-Surgical unit on nights in Tulsa, OK. The role administers nursing care per physician orders and the care plan, collects data, and collaborates with the RN to plan patient care.

Oriented 10–12 weeks with ongoing staff education; requires LPN license, 0–6 months of related experience, and IV therapy knowledge as per hospital policy.

Formación

• Licensed Practical Nurse with valid multistate or Oklahoma license.
• Graduated from an LPN program or equivalent coursework verified by state board (diploma/certificate).
• 0–6 months related nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Administers nursing care to an assigned group of patients per physician orders and care plan.
• Gathers data, implements and evaluates care for assigned patients.
• Takes and notes physician orders accurately and documents nursing process.
• Consults with the RN to plan patient care; supports discharge planning and patient teaching.
• Attends mandatory in-services and supports unit education standards.
