Job summary

Environment Control is seeking a Night Supervisor to oversee operations in the Northern Kentucky / South Cincinnati area. You will train staff, inspect cleaning standards, and ensure excellent service while coordinating with management.

We value reliability, honesty, and a calm, professional demeanor. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required; training is provided. Position is full-time with a 5:30 PM - 1:00 AM schedule and potential weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• No years of supervisory experience required; training provided.
• Focus on character, how you treat people, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication with employees and customers will help you succeed.
• Must be honest, dependable and able to handle multiple accounts.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train and retrain employees as needed.
• Inspect buildings and cleaning quality.
• Follow up on customer requests and concerns.
• Assist with staffing and coverage when needed.
• Communicate with Controllers and management.
• Support employees with questions or operational issues.
• Assist with supplies, building access, alarms, and other needs.
• Complete daily operations reports.
• Help develop and support employees as the area grows.

Environment Control is looking for a Night Supervisor to join our team and support our employees and accounts throughout the Northern Kentucky / South Cincinnati area.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, honest, friendly, and comfortable working with people. Someone who can communicate clearly, build good relationships, and handle situations with a calm and professional approach.

You don’t need years of supervisory experience to be successful in this position.

Requirements

Schedule

Full-Time

Typical 5:30 PM - 1:00 AM , with some flexibility in start time.

Some weekend work may be needed for coverage.
