Job summary

Environment Control Ohio Valley, Inc. is seeking a Night Supervisor to support our team across the Northern Kentucky and South Cincinnati area. The ideal candidate is reliable, honest, friendly, and comfortable working with people, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

No formal supervisory experience is required; we value character and a willingness to learn. Training is provided for cleaning and operations, with opportunities to grow and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation / your own vehicle.
• Comfortable traveling between accounts.
• Dependable and able to work evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Train and retrain employees when needed.
• Inspect buildings and cleaning quality.
• Follow up on customer requests and concerns.
• Help with staffing and coverage when needed.
• Communicate with Controllers and management.
• Support employees with questions or operational issues.
• Assist with supplies, building access, alarms, and other needs.
• Complete daily operations reports.
• Help develop and support employees as the area grows.

Environment Control is looking for a Night Supervisor to join our team and support our employees and accounts throughout the Northern Kentucky / South Cincinnati area.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, honest, friendly, and comfortable working with people. Someone who can communicate clearly, build good relationships, and handle situations with a calm and professional approach.

Schedule

Full-Time

Typically 5:30 PM - 1:00 AM, with some flexibility in start time. Some weekend work may be needed for coverage.
