Job summary

Environment Control is seeking a Night Supervisor to support our Northern Kentucky / South Cincinnati area accounts. You’ll supervise evening operations, train staff, and coordinate with management. A friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication are essential.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. We offer full-time hours, per-night pay, and opportunities for growth. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train and retrain employees when needed
• Inspect buildings and cleaning quality

• Assist with supplies, building access, alarms, and other needs
• Complete daily operations reports
• Help develop and support employees as the area grows

Environment Control is looking for a Night Supervisor to join our team and support our employees and accounts throughout the Northern Kentucky / South Cincinnati area.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, honest, friendly, and comfortable working with people. Someone who can communicate clearly, build good relationships, and handle situations with a calm and professional approach.

Schedule

Full-Time

Typically 5:30 PM – 1:00 AM, with some flexibility in start time.

Some weekend work may be needed for coverage.
