Environment Control is seeking a Night Supervisor to support our employees and accounts across the Northern Kentucky / South Cincinnati area. You don’t need years of supervisory experience; we can teach the cleaning and operational side, while valuing who you are, how you treat people, and your willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation / your own vehicle.
• Comfortable traveling between accounts.
• Dependable and able to work evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Train and retrain employees when needed.
• Inspect buildings and cleaning quality.
• Follow up on customer requests and concerns.
• Help with staffing and coverage when needed.
• Communicate with Controllers and management.
• Support employees with questions or operational issues.
• Assist with supplies, building access, alarms, and other needs.
• Complete daily operations reports.
• Help develop and support employees as the area grows.
