B and B Maintenance in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Supervisor to lead cleaning teams across locations in the Greater Columbus Region.

You'll supervise, hire, train staff, and ensure health and safety standards are met while delivering consistent, high-quality service. This full-time role offers benefits after 60 days and ESOP participation.

Typical schedule is Mon-Fri, evenings, with duties spanning site inspections and supply management.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, detail oriented.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Complete background check, drug test, and E-Verify.
• Experience in management/leadership and cleaning is preferred.
• Carpet / floor / window cleaning experience preferred.

B and B Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Janitorial Supervisor to join our team in the
Cincinnati OH / Northern KY Region.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, energetic, has the drive to make sure jobs are completed above and beyond expectations, and can work and communicate well with others. Someone who will do their absolute best to maintain a clean and safe workplace for our location and our team. Typical schedule will be from Monday-Friday, 6-8 hours per night, 5:30pm - 12am.
