Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and actively listening to associates; tours stores and provides feedback; communicates with all levels to implement business solutions.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses; ensures sales and profit goals are achieved.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; hires, trains, mentors, and sets clear expectations; promotes a belonging mindset.
