• Drive store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Oversee customer service standards and store operations to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Hire, train, and mentor hourly associates; define expectations and recognize performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door guidance in daily operations.
