Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
• Manages and improves store operations, merchandising, customer service, and community outreach.
• Implements business solutions, communicates objectives, and models exceptional customer service.
• Coordinates activities with key stakeholders and measures progress toward results.
